I Can't Add My Target URL at Checkout

If the URL field isn't accepting your target URL, the fix is almost always a formatting issue rather than a platform error.

How to enter your URL correctly

Follow these steps when adding your target URL to an order:

  1. Go to your Orders tab

  2. Click Take Action on the relevant order

  3. In the URL field, enter your target URL without www. β€” for example, https://yourdomain.com/page rather than https://www.yourdomain.com/page

  4. If the field still doesn't accept it, try adding www. instead β€” some placements require it

The most common cause of this error is a www. mismatch. Toggling it resolves it in the majority of cases.
