The standard policy
Per MeUp's Terms and Conditions, once a deposit is made and converted into credits, it cannot be exchanged back to fiat currency. Wallet balances are intended to be used for orders on the platform.
Exceptions
In certain circumstances, MeUp may consider a refund request at its discretion. There is no guarantee of approval — decisions are made case by case. If you have a legitimate reason for requesting a refund on unused credits, contact our support team via chat with:

⚠ Bonus credits are never refundable. Any promotional or bonus credits in your account are not eligible for refund under any circumstances.
If your order was canceled
A canceled order is handled differently from a deposit refund. When an order is canceled, the payment is automatically returned as store credit to your wallet. If you'd prefer it sent back to your original payment method instead, contact support via chat — we can arrange that separately.
