How to Top Up Your Balance

MeUp runs on a prepaid credit system. You load funds into your wallet first, and orders deduct from that balance automatically at checkout. You can top up before you start ordering, or directly from the cart if your balance runs short.

Before your first top-up: billing details

The first time you top up, you'll be asked to enter your billing details

before the payment screen appears. This is required to generate

invoices for your account.

Fill in:

  • Company name

  • Country

  • City

  • Address

  • Postal code

  • Tax identification number (if applicable)

  • Invoice email (optional — invoices will be sent here)

If you're topping up as an individual rather than a company, click Are you an individual? on the billing details screen.

Once your billing details are saved, you won't need to re-enter them

for future top-ups.

How to top up from the wallet

  1. Click Wallet in the top navigation bar

  2. Your Wallet Balance page opens — click Top up wallet in the top right

  3. Complete the payment flow for your chosen method

Your current balance is shown in the top right corner of the platform at all times. You can also access the wallet via your profile menu in the top right corner → Wallet.

How to top up at checkout

If your balance is insufficient to cover your cart, the Order Summary panel shows an Insufficient Balance warning with the amount needed. Click Top up wallet directly from the cart to add funds without leaving checkout. Once topped up, return to complete your order.

Display currency

MeUp lets you set a preferred display currency — USD, EUR, or GBP — from your account settings. Amounts throughout the platform will show in your chosen currency for convenience, but all transactions process and bill in USD regardless of your display preference.
