Your article library
Go to Tools → Link Order Articles to see every article written for your guest post orders, with the order each one was written for. You can filter by website or project.
When an article can be reused
If a guest post order fails (canceled, rejected or refunded) after the article was written, the article stays yours. You can fill it into a new guest post order with a different publisher, so the writing isn't wasted.
An article can't be reused when:
its order completed, because the article is already live on that publisher's site
the publisher wrote it, since publisher-written content never enters the reuse pool
it has already been reused on another order
How to reuse an article
Place a new guest post order and open it with Take Action.
In the content section, choose Select a stored article.
Pick the article. Its content fills into the order, ready to review and submit.
⚠ Reusing an article with a link in it? Check that the old link and anchor text are updated for the new order before you submit.
Saved Content Guidelines
If you brief writers the same way across many orders, save the brief once and reuse it.
Create a guideline
Go to Tools → Content Guidelines and create a new guideline.
Give it a name you'll recognise.
Add keywords and guidelines, or link a brief document instead. If you link a document, make sure anyone with the link can open it, or the writer won't be able to read it.
Use it in an order
In the order's content brief, click Use saved guidelines and pick one. It fills in at once.
You can also save a brief while you write it: tick Save for future use in the order and it's stored for next time.
