Can I Use MeUp If I'm an Agency Managing Multiple Clients?

Yes — MeUp's account structure is built with agencies in mind. Here's how it works in practice.

One login, multiple accounts

You can create a separate account for each client under a single login.

Each account has its own wallet balance, order history, and dashboard — so client budgets and campaigns stay completely separate. Switch between them from the Account menu in the top left without logging out.

Team access per account

Use Multi-User Access to invite team members to the accounts they need to work in — with role-based permissions (Admin, Operator, or Viewer). You can also give clients direct visibility into their own account without sharing your login credentials.

Offerlists for client proposals

Build curated placement lists for each client using the Offerlist tool — filter by their niche, budget, and DR requirements, and share the list directly via link or CSV export. No more sending spreadsheets back and forth.

White-label service

MeUp offers a white-label service for agencies. If you're delivering link building to clients under your own brand, we can operate fully in the background — no MeUp branding in client-facing communications or reporting.

To set this up, speak to your account manager or contact our team via chat.

When to consider managed

If you're running a high volume of campaigns across multiple clients and the operational overhead of self-serve is becoming a constraint, it's worth talking to our team about a managed arrangement. Your account manager handles execution while you maintain oversight across all accounts.
