How to request deactivation
Contact our support team via chat and let us know you'd like to deactivate your account. We may ask for the reason — not to talk you out of it, but because understanding what led to the decision helps us improve.
Before you deactivate
A few things worth considering before you go ahead:
Unused balance: Any credits remaining in your wallet will be lost once the account is deactivated. If you have a balance, consider requesting a refund first. Note that bonus credits are non-refundable.
Active orders: If you have any orders in progress, deactivating mid-campaign may affect their completion. Check your Orders tab and let support know if there are outstanding placements.
Multiple accounts: If you manage more than one account under your login, deactivation applies to the specific account you request — not your entire login. Make sure you're requesting deactivation for the right one.
