How to Deactivate Your Account

Account deactivation is handled by our support team — it's not something you can do yourself from within the platform.

How to request deactivation

Contact our support team via chat and let us know you'd like to deactivate your account. We may ask for the reason — not to talk you out of it, but because understanding what led to the decision helps us improve.

Before you deactivate

A few things worth considering before you go ahead:

  • Unused balance: Any credits remaining in your wallet will be lost once the account is deactivated. If you have a balance, consider requesting a refund first. Note that bonus credits are non-refundable.

  • Active orders: If you have any orders in progress, deactivating mid-campaign may affect their completion. Check your Orders tab and let support know if there are outstanding placements.

  • Multiple accounts: If you manage more than one account under your login, deactivation applies to the specific account you request — not your entire login. Make sure you're requesting deactivation for the right one.
