Option 1: Check your Orders tab
Your Orders tab shows the current status of every order in real time.
Open any order to see where it is in the process, what's been
submitted, and any notes or feedback attached to it.

Option 2: Email notifications
Every time your order status changes, you'll get an email. This covers
everything from content approval to your link going live — you don't
need to log in to find out what's happening.
💡 Check your spam folder. Emails from MeUp — including
notifications from your account manager — occasionally get filtered.
If you're missing updates, that's the first place to look. Add our
sender address to your contacts to prevent it happening again.
Option 3: Ask in chat
If you have a specific question about an order or want a quick status
update, reach out via the live chat in the platform. Include your order
number and we'll check on it straight away.
⚠ Orders stalled at the same status for longer than expected?
Check whether there's an action required from your side — a details
or content submission that's still pending. If everything looks
complete and the order still isn't moving, contact support with your
order number.
