Understanding Your Order Statuses

Every order on MeUp moves through a set of stages from submission to live placement. Each status change triggers both an in-platform notification and an email — so you're never left guessing where things stand. Here's what each status means.

Details

Status

What It Means

Details Provided

You've submitted your anchor text, target URL, and content (if applicable). The order is ready for the next stage.

Details Updated

Your order details have been edited after initial submission.

Details Disapproved

There's an issue with the details you submitted. Check the order for the reason and resubmit.

Details Approved

Your submitted details have been reviewed and approved. The order moves to the next stage.

Placement

Status

What It Means

Link Placed

Your link has been published on the site. The placement is live.

Placement Updated

Something about the placement has changed since it went live.

Placement Disapproved

The placement didn't meet the required standards. The order will be reviewed.

Placement Approved

The live placement has been verified and confirmed.

Content

Content Provided

You've submitted content for the order.

Content Updated

Your content has been revised and resubmitted.

Content Disapproved

The publisher has rejected your content. Check the order for the rejection reason and resubmit revised content.

Content Approved

The publisher has accepted your content. The order moves to placement.

Status

What It Means

Order Rejected

The order has been rejected. Check the order details for

the reason.

Order Canceled

The order has been canceled. Any payment will be refunded as store credit to your account. If you'd prefer a refund to your original payment method instead, contact

support.

Order Refunded

A refund has been issued to your account.

💡 Every status change sends both an in-platform notification and

an email. If you're not seeing emails, check your spam folder —

emails from your account manager or our team occasionally land

there.
