Editing an order
If your order hasn't been sent to the publisher yet — for example, you've placed it but haven't submitted your anchor text, URL, or content — you can update those details directly from the order in your Orders tab.
If the order has already been submitted to the publisher, editing it yourself isn't possible at that stage. Message us via the live chat in the platform with your order number and the changes you need — we'll handle it from there.
Canceling an order
The same applies to cancellations. If the order is still in early stages and hasn't been sent to the publisher, reach out via chat and we can cancel it for you.
Once an order is with the publisher and work has begun, cancellation may not be possible depending on how far the process has progressed. Contact support via chat as soon as you know you want to cancel — the sooner you flag it, the better your options.
What happens to your payment if an order is canceled
If an order is canceled, the payment is refunded as store credit to your account — available immediately for future orders.
If you'd prefer the funds returned to your original payment method
instead of staying as store credit, contact our support team and we'll
arrange it.
