My Order Is Stuck and Not Moving

Every order status change triggers both an in-platform notification and an email. If you haven't received either, it usually means the order is waiting on an action — either from you or from the publisher.

Check whether action is required from your side

Open the order in your Orders tab and check the current status. The most common reason an order stalls early is that anchor text, target URL, or content hasn't been submitted yet. If any of these are missing, the order won't progress to the publisher.

Click Take Action on the order to see what's outstanding and

complete it.

Check your spam folder

If the order does seem to be progressing but you're not seeing notifications, your email updates may be landing in spam. Check there and mark MeUp emails as safe if you find them.

Check how long it's been

Compare the current date against the estimated turnaround time shown on the listing. If you're within the TAT window, the order is likely still in normal progress with the publisher.

If you're past the estimated TAT and haven't had any updates, contact our support team via chat with your order number. We'll check on the publisher's end.

Orders stalled at the same status after submitting all details?

This sometimes means the publisher is slow to review. Contact

support if it's been more than 3–5 working days past the estimated

TAT.
