Check your spam folder
This is the most common cause. Emails from MeUp β including order status updates and messages from your account manager β occasionally get filtered by spam or junk folders. Check there first.
If you find MeUp emails in spam, mark them as "not spam" and add our sender address to your contacts. This prevents it happening again.
Check your notification settings
Order notifications can be toggled off per account. To confirm yours
are on:
Click your account name in the top left corner
Select the account you want to check
In the right panel, scroll to Notification settings
Make sure Link Order Notifications is toggled on
If you manage multiple accounts, check each one β the setting is per account, not global.
Check the email address on your account
Make sure the email address registered to your account is the one you're checking. If you've changed email providers or use multiple inboxes, notifications may be going somewhere you're not looking.
