I Can't Log In to My Account

MeUp uses email and password login. If you're having trouble getting in, here's what to try.

Reset your password

  1. Go to the MeUp login page at take.meup.com.

  2. Click Forgot password?

  3. Enter the email address registered to your account.

  4. Check your inbox for the reset link β€” check spam if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.

  5. Follow the link to set a new password and log in.

Make sure you're using the right email

If the reset email isn't arriving, double-check the address you're using. If you've signed up with a work email that's since changed, or you have multiple email accounts, the account may be registered to a different address.

If you can't access the email address on your account

Contact our support team via chat. We'll verify your identity and help you regain access.

If you've tried all of the above
