Order status notifications are turned on by default for each account. If you'd rather not receive them, you can switch them off from your account settings.

How to turn off notifications

  1. Click your account name in the top left corner to open the account panel.

  2. Select the account you want to update — notifications are set per account, so if you manage multiple accounts, you'll need to adjust this for each one separately.

  3. In the right panel, scroll to Notification settings.

  4. Toggle Link Order Notifications off.

That's it — the toggle takes effect immediately. You can turn notifications back on the same way at any time.

What this affects

Turning off Link Order Notifications stops the in-platform and email alerts that fire when your order status changes — things like content approval, publisher acceptance, and link going live.

Your order statuses still update in real time in your Orders tab. You

just won't be notified automatically when they change.

Running campaigns across multiple accounts? The notification

setting is per account — check each one individually if you want to

update them all.
