How to Resubmit Content After a Rejection

If your content has been rejected by a publisher, you can revise it and resubmit directly from the order — as long as the order itself hasn't been fully rejected or canceled.

How to resubmit

  1. Go to your Orders tab.

  2. Open the order with the Content Disapproved status.

  3. Read the rejection reason in the order description — revise or rewrite your content based on the publisher's feedback.

  4. Once your content is rejected, the option to add content becomes available again in the order.

  5. Submit your revised content — it goes back to the publisher for review.

What if the order has been fully rejected or canceled?

If the order status shows Order Rejected or Order Canceled, resubmitting content isn't possible. That order is closed.

Your options at that point:

  • Place a new order with the same publisher (if the rejection wasn't site-wide) with revised content ready from the start

  • Place a new order with a different publisher in the same niche

If the order was canceled, your payment is refunded as store credit to

your account. If you'd prefer a refund to your original payment

method instead of store credit, contact support.

💡 Read the rejection reason carefully before rewriting. Publishers

are specific about what they need — addressing the exact issue saves

another round of review. If the reason is unclear, contact support and

we'll clarify it with the publisher.
