How the 12-Month Guarantee Works

Every link you purchase on MeUp comes with a 12-month guarantee — unless the listing specifies a shorter duration, which is shown clearly before you order.

How it works in practice

Dr. Linkos monitors every active placement continuously — checking for missing links, nofollow tags, and noindex issues. When something changes, our team is alerted and acts on it straight away, contacting the publisher and resolving the issue directly. This happens in the background, without you needing to do anything.

Most issues are caught and closed before you'd ever notice them.

If you spot something yourself

If you notice a problem before we do, reach out to our support team

via chat with your order number and details of what you're seeing.

We'll investigate and resolve it promptly.

Refunds

In the rare cases where an issue genuinely can't be resolved after

exhausting all options with the publisher, you'll receive a full refund

to your wallet.

What happens after the guarantee period

We can't promise a link will stay live indefinitely after 12 months —

publishers change, sites get sold, editorial policies shift. That's

outside our control.

What we can tell you is that in practice, the vast majority of links

remain in place well past the guarantee window. The 12-month

period is simply the timeframe we back with a contractual

commitment.

Listings with shorter durations

Some placements have a specified duration shorter than 12 months

— a 3-month or 6-month homepage link, for example. The duration

is shown on the listing before you order. The same guarantee logic

applies: if the link comes down before that period ends, we'll pursue

reinstatement or issue a refund.
