My Link or Article Has Disappeared

Most of the time, our team will already be working on a resolution before you notice anything. If you've spotted a disappeared placement yourself, report it straight away. This is exactly what the guarantee is for.

How to report it

  1. Go to your Orders tab

  2. Open the relevant order

  3. Report the issue — note whether it's the link that's gone or the entire article, and include the original placement URL if you have it.

Once reported, our team creates a task and contacts the publisher immediately.

What happens next

We pursue reinstatement first. The publisher is asked to restore the placement as agreed. Most cases are resolved at this stage.

If the publisher is unresponsive, can't reinstate the link, or the site has undergone changes that make reinstatement impossible, we'll issue a full refund to your wallet.

Timelines

We aim to have a resolution — either reinstatement confirmed or refund issued — as quickly as possible. If you haven't heard back within a few business days of reporting, contact support with your order number and we'll check the status.

Check before reporting: Occasionally a link disappears

temporarily due to site maintenance or a CMS issue and reappears

shortly after. If you notice it's gone, wait a few hours and check again

before submitting a report — it saves unnecessary back-and-forth

with the publisher.

Outside the guarantee period: If your link disappears after the

12-month guarantee window has passed, we'll still contact the

publisher on your behalf and do what we can — but a refund isn't

guaranteed in this case. Get in touch with support and we'll assess it.
