My Link Is Nofollow

All placements on MeUp are sold as dofollow by default. Dr. Linkos monitors every active placement for attribute changes — so in most cases, we'll catch and fix a nofollow issue before you notice it. If you spot it yourself first, here's what to do.

How to check

Before reporting, confirm the link attribute directly. You can do this by:

  • Right-clicking the page your link is on and selecting View Page Source, then searching for your URL

  • Using a browser extension like Ahrefs SEO Toolbar or similar

  • Checking the backlink data in your Ahrefs, Semrush, or Moz account once the link has been indexed

If the rel="nofollow" or rel="ugc" attribute is present on your link, it needs to be fixed.

How to report it

  1. Go to your Orders tab.

  2. Open the relevant order.

  3. Report the issue — include a note confirming the nofollow attribute and, if possible, a screenshot or the specific URL where the link appears.

Our team contacts the publisher to request the correction. Most

publishers fix this quickly once flagged.

What happens if it isn't resolved

If the publisher can't or won't correct the attribute, you'll receive a

full refund to your wallet. We don't leave nofollow links standing as

fulfilled orders.

Sponsored or UGC tags: Some publishers apply

rel="sponsored" rather than rel="nofollow" . If you see this on

your link, report it the same way — sponsored attribution is treated

the same as nofollow for resolution purposes.
